King Line Design/Build

Kingline Design/Build is a Kingston based company specializing in fine wood-working and timber-framing. We work with you to create a home that is carefully tailored to suit your lifestyle and with CAD 3D drawings, we can help you visualize the finished product. Working with a group of talented craftspeople and skilled tradesmen, we are able to efficiently build your new home. We also provide project management for all aspects of your construction project.

Owner Scot King is a contractor and builder who has been working in the Kingston and Frontenac County area for over 30 years. He has twice won awards from the Frontenac Historic Foundation for restored houses, and has also had new houses recognized by the Kingston Symphony on their annual house tour.
